Choose the right pallet construction
Share your preferred material and manufacturing method, pallet dimensions and intended use. Confirm whether the pallet will support floor storage, stacked loads, conveyor handling or racking. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the proposed model.
Specifications to include
- Length, width, height and entry configuration
- Load weight, weight distribution and stacking height
- Static, dynamic and racking load requirements, assessed separately
- Forklift, pallet-jack, conveyor and rack compatibility
- Required temperature range, cleaning method and expected reuse
Samples and technical information
Request a drawing, material specification and available load-test information before approving a pallet. Load ratings depend on the design and conditions of use; confirm performance for your application rather than relying on a general capacity claim.
Packaging and export planning
Discuss nesting or stacking, units per shipment, marking and delivery requirements. Tell us the destination and any material or import restrictions so we can review the relevant documentation with you.
